I figured I'd update this time because I'm sitting at the very crowded Long Beach Airport with many other unhappy people who's flights have been delayed severely due to weather and goodness knows what else. Good news is, I've suddenly found all that time I've been wishing for to catch up on everyone else's blogs, update my own, day dream for hours on end about my upcoming wedding while wasting time on theknot.com, and just pondering about life. It's actually really nice, minus the fact that I won't get home until after midnight (man I'm such an old person).
After reading every other newly married girl's blog that I know, I am very excitedly anxious about moving in with Mitch and starting our life together. People keep asking me if I'm nervous but I'm the complete opposite! I'm so sure and so excited that the time is STILL dragging by. Update! We have rented ourselves an apartment that I can now obsess over furnishing (when we have money). Gah I can't wait for July 3rd!
This weekend was excellent. It's always nice to see Mom and Mitch but there was something very familyish about this weekend (besides the fact that it was Mother's Day). I just felt close to everyone. Yeah it would've been nice for a few things to go differently but when does that ever not happen? I love my families.
I figure here I'll post some pictures of apartment furnishings I'm completely in love with and hope to someday have...
Huh, I seem to have lost the pictures of our couches. Boo. And now I'm just too lazy to go find them and everything else haha. Oh well. It was the effort that counts right? Wait...there was no effort.
On another upside, we received our first wedding gifts! Silverware! Wooo! I am thrilled being the spoon freak that I am (yes I have issues with the shape of spoons). It's perfect!
That's all. I'm getting tired of thinking haha. Time to go daydream more.
